Dr Narcisse Embeke is an experienced clinician, public health technical expert, with more than 18 years’ experience working in conflict-affected regions and within fragile health systems; Technical leader for USAID-funded projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo, working across all levels of the health system. Established advocate for policy and national strategy advancement and health financing, monitoring evaluation and human resources for health

Dr Narcisse established dedication to monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning, including in international journals covering topics of health systems strengthening, evaluation metrics, and health financing

He has extensive experience in coordinating, developing partnerships with other implementing partners to leverage resources in a context of limited resources and mobilize local resources to support actions and interventions in the health field and straighten primary health care.

Dr. Embeke earned an MPH and an MD from the University of Kinshasa in DRC. He speaks French, Lingala and English.
