Jean Marie NGbichi

Jean Marie NGbichi is a medical doctor with over 25 years of experience working in disease control, surveillance, monitoring, evaluation and learning.

He worked with Côte d’Ivoire MOH divisions, the WHO country office, and the PEPFAR Making Medical Injections Safer project as Country Director. Dr N’Gbichi led the USAID MEASURE Evaluation Project’s extensive malaria portfolio in Mali providing direct technical assistance to the government to build local M&E capacity for health projects and programs.

Recently, in the position of Senior Manager for surveillance, monitoring, evaluation and learning, he served within the MEASURE Evaluation and Measure Malaria projects as technical backstop for Burundi, Cameroon, DRC, Liberia, Madagascar and Niger and Mali. Jean Marie has broad experience in training and capacity building, dissemination and use of evidence, and supporting health programs’ design, implementation and assessment.
